Every ConstructX employee and subcontractor undergoes rigorous, role-specific safety training, including OSHA 10/30 certification. We conduct daily "toolbox talks," weekly site-wide safety meetings, and annual advanced training sessions to ensure our team is educated on the latest safety protocols, equipment use, and hazard recognition techniques.

Before any new phase of work begins, our project teams conduct a thorough Job Hazard Analysis to identify potential risks. We collaboratively develop mitigation strategies for each identified hazard, which are then communicated to every worker involved in the task. This proactive planning is critical to preventing incidents before they occur.

We invest in the best and safest equipment, maintaining it to the highest standards. We also leverage technology, such as predictive analytics for risk assessment and wearable devices that can detect falls or alert workers to proximity hazards, further enhancing the safety net around our team.
